The School of Mathematics has about 170 postgraduate students in principal areas of mathematics. To find out more come along to one of our open days to discuss your interests with academics and attend talks on the degrees that we offer.

It is free to attend, but please register to help with our administrative arrangements.
The programme for the afternoon is as follows:
14:00 – Registration (Outside Frank Adams 1 & 2, 1st floor of the Alan Turing Building)
14:15 - 'Introduction to PhD Study’ by the PhD Director Professor Matthias Heil and ‘Introduction to MSc Study’ by the MSc Director, Dr Peter Foster to be followed by an introduction to the Postgraduate Programme Directors, in Frank Adams 1 & 2.
15:00 - Refreshments on the Atrium Bridge. This will provide an opportunity for informal discussions about our postgraduate programmes with academics and current students.
16:00 - Close
