Dr Jeremy Huke - personal details
Jeremy Huke is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Mathematics, and is a member of the Applied Mathematics Group.
Dr. Huke has a BA(Hons) in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge (1981), and a PhD from the University of Manchester (1985). His early research career was in the field of computational chemistry, in which he had postdoctoral appointments at the universities of Oxford and Birmingham. From 1990 to 1996 Dr. Huke worked at the Royal Signals and Radar Establishment (latterly DERA), Malvern, on nonlinear signal processing and time series analysis. In 1996 he joined the lecturing staff of the Mathematics Department at UMIST, where he became a Senior Lecturer in 2000.
