Uncertainty quantification to understand environmental models
Lindsay Lee (University of Leeds)
Alan Turing Frank Adams 1, 2.00 PM
The special seminars on Uncertainty Quantification will take place twice per semester, featuring a talk by a high-profile external speaker, followed by additional talks and/or posters from local presenters, followed by refreshments.
These events are intended to cut across numerical analysis, applied mathematics, inverse problems, probability and statistics. They will be of interest to researchers in many application areas who want to incorporate uncertainty into mathematical models.
