The Students' Union Awards celebrate all the amazing activities that happen across campus every year. With over 50 awards handed out to the best of the best, the awards recognise both students and staff who excel at what they do. Students nominate staff or students for various categories and a selected panel from the Students’ Union short list and choose the winners.

This year, a few members from the School of Mathematics were nominated for the awards; Prof Nige Ray was shortlisted for Best Lecturer (FSE), Stella Leah was shortlisted for Project Leader of the Year and Celine Allaker was shortlisted for Campaign of the Year. Saralees received the Best Lecturer Faculty of Science and Engineering Award and Tracey received the Best Support Staff Member Award.
