Nick Higham is the new President-Elect of SIAM
Following the recent elections of the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM), we are pleased to announce that Nick Higham has been chosen as the new President-Elect.
Nick's involvement with SIAM dates back over 30 years from when he was a PhD student at the University of Manchester. He has been involved in the leadership for many years, having spent six years on the Council, eight years on the Board, and having recently served two terms as Vice President At Large (2010-2013).
