The themes of the conference include E_n ring spectra, E_infinity ring spectra, spaces of units, and relevant aspects of the theories of model and infinity categories.
The conference may be able to offer a limited degree of financial support to participants giving contributed talks, to postgraduate students, and to others unable to cover costs from their own sources.

There will be a conference dinner at a nearby Chinese restaurant, Lameizi, on Thursday 4th September, meeting at 6.30 - 7.00, costing £25 per head (this includes food and jasmine tea). We need to firm up numbers for this and to make the restaurant aware of any dietary requirements, so please register here for the dinner. We will collect the money in cash at registration, so please remember to bring this along.
We have secured at least 25 rooms in the University's Grosvenor residences at the following overnight rates (all prices include VAT):
- Student (UK): £18
- Student (Non UK): £21.60
- Non Student: £21.60
Strictly limited funding is available to partially support early-career participants who might otherwise be unable to attend. Those who wish to apply for such support should email the organisers before 1st August 2014; decisions will be taken as quickly as possible thereafter.
