Applications are now open for the School of Mathematics' peer-assisted Interview Programme! Designed to ensure that students appraise their application and interviewing skills as early as possible in their university career, you can get involved no matter what year you're in!

Interview programme 2016

First and Second Year Undergraduates

All first and second year students are encouraged to apply for one of three mock internships. These applications will then be appraised and shortlisted by third, fourth year and postgraduate students, who will have been trained by some of the top UK graduate employers. A number of applicants will then be invited to attend an assessment centre, consisting of psychometric testing, in-Tray exercises and interviews. One winning candidate will be chosen for each posts. Prizes will be announced closer to the time, but previous prizes have included a place on IBM's 3 day Consulting Experience Programme.

On Wednesday 3rd February 2016 we will be running a session to support you apply for this programme.  This will include practical help with the completion of application forms.  Please also note that assistance in the completion of application forms, designing CVs, and much more, can be obtained from the University’s Careers Service website.
