This handbook is for students studying an undergraduate degree programme offered by the School of Mathematics. You should read this handbook carefully at the start of the year and refer to it throughout your programme.

The Crucial Guide Live is available from the My Manchester link and contains essential advice, information and guidance for students.

The Student Charter sets out whatstaff and students can expect from each other in a learning community.

The School of Mathematics is based in the Alan Turing Building  (no 46 on the campus map). We are one of the largest mathematics departments in the UK with over 1200 undergraduate students, over 200 postgraduate students and over 100 academic and professional support staff.
