The registration fee paid for the Symposium will also cover the registration fee for the School (if needed).

As soon as the total number of participants has reached its upper limit of 125, registration will be closed.

If you wish to attend the meeting, please register as early as possible.

Speakers
The registration fee will cover accommodation and subsistence costs. This includes en-suite room, breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea, evening meal, and banquet dinner.

Other participants
The registration fee will cover subsistence costs. This includes morning coffee, buffet lunch, afternoon tea, and banquet dinner (for the first 25 registered participants). All participants must pay their own travel and accommodation costs (unless otherwise arranged).
