Undergraduate Scholarships
School Scholarships for Home Students
For 2012 entry all new UK undergraduates admitted by the School of Mathematics to a Single-Honours degree programme, who achieve three A grades at A-level including Mathematics (and not counting General Studies), will be awarded a School Scholarship of £250 per year of study, whether that is three or four years.
Note that payment of this award after the first year is subject to maintaining at least an upper second-class Honours standard.
Other scholarships and bursaries
In addition to the entrance scholarships above, The University of Manchester has a wide range of other awards designed to reward high achievement and to provide financial help for those who might otherwise decide not to proceed to university.
