Mathematics with Finance (3 Years) [BSc]

Year 2 Programme Structure

The 2nd year of this programme consists of 100 credits of MATH and BMAN compulsory (a mandatory requirement) course units.  Students must also take either MATH20712 or MATH20722 10 credit unit, and 10 credits of MATH optional course units in semester 2 from the list below, totalling 120 credits.

Students on this programme can substitute the 10 credit MATH optional course unit with one of the University College (UCIL) course unit or Language coures unit. You will need to complete the appriopriate outside course unit form to apply for permission.

Students must achieve a mark of at least 40% (at the first attempt) in BMAN23000(A) to continue on this programme, otherwise you will have to transfer to a single honours mathematics programme in your third year.
