We would strongly encourage all first year students to participate in this programme, by applying for one of the above posts. All applications should be returned to the reception of the Alan Turing Building no later than 12 noon on Friday 28 February 2014. The schedule for the programme is as follows:
12 February 2014 Lecture about internships for first year students, along with information about the interviewer programme.
19 February 2014 Practical help with the completion of application forms.
28 February 2014 Deadline for completed applications to be submitted to the reception of Alan Turing.
12 March 2014 Psychometric testing of first-phase short-listed candidates.
19 March 2014 E-Tray exercises and interviews for all final candidates.
26 March 2014 Final presentations by group winners, prize-giving and feedback.
Applicants who are successful in making it to the psychometric testing stage will be informed by 7 March 2014 at 5pm, applicants who are successful at this stage and will be invited for interview will be informed by the 14 March 2014 at 5pm. Applicants who have not heard anything by these dates should assume they were unsuccessful on this occasion. However, all unsuccessful applicants will be invited to a feedback session to discuss their applications on 26 March 2014.

As well as awarding prizes for the winners of each of the three categories, there will be an overall winner that will be offered a space on the 2014 IBM Consulting Experience Programme. This 4-day programme is a highly competitive and sought after programme and we are extremely pleased to have secured a space at this event as the overall prize for the 2014 Interviewer Programme. The winning student will join others from across the country at the IBM offices in Winchester from the 22nd to the 24th April.
