We would strongly encourage all first year students to participate in this programme, by applying for one of the above posts. All applications should be returned to the reception of the Alan Turing Building no later than 5pm on Friday 20 February 2015. The schedule for the programme is as follows:
4 February 2015 Lecture about internships for first year students, along with information about the interviewer programme (G211 of Alan Turing at 1:15pm).
11 February 2015 Practical help with the completion of application forms for first year applicants (G211 of Alan Turing 1:15pm onwards).
20 February 2015 Deadline for completed applications to be submitted at the reception of Alan Turing.
4 March 2015 Psychometric testing of first-phase short-listed candidates.
11 March 2015 E-Tray exercises and interviews for all final candidates.
18 March 2015 Final presentations by group winners, prize-giving and feedback.
Applicants who are successful in making it to the psychometric testing stage will be informed by 27 February 2015 at 5pm, applicants who are successful at this stage and will be invited for interview will be informed by the 6 March 2015 at 5pm. Applicants who have not heard anything by these dates should assume they were unsuccessful on this occasion. However, all unsuccessful applicants will be invited to a feedback session to discuss their applications on 18 March 2015.
