Manchester Mathematics Resource Centre
Drop-in centre for mathematical enquiries
The Centre operates from George Begg / C.006 . George Begg is building 17 on the campus map.
The centre exists for the purpose of providing help and advice on mathematical topics to students of the University of Manchester (in the EPS faculty and beyond) who are taking mathematics modules as part of another discipline or who encounter some mathematics as part of the study of another discipline. This includes (for students)
- explanation of mathematical topics causing difficulty
- help with revision for forthcoming exams
Please note that the centre does not exist to provide the answers for coursework assignments etc. While enquiries about past exam papers are encouraged, mere requests for solutions are not.
There will be a few sessions prior to the exams taking place in January 2013. Sessions will take place in room George Begg / C6
