Preparing for this year's Calculating Careers Fair
The 2016 Calculating Careers Fair will take place in the Alan Turing Building from 11.30am to 3pm on Wednesday 12th October 2016.
Designed exclusively for students and recent graduates of the School of Mathematics, previous fairs have attracted over 30 internationally renowned employers and more than 700 students – many of whom have gone on to achieve graduate positions with employers first contacted at the Fair.
To help all undergraduate and postgraduate students prepare for the event, the Careers Service will be hosting 'Preparing for the Calculating Careers Fair'. This will include tips about applications, interviews and job hunting, as well as crucial advice on how to network professionally and effectively with recruiters. The talk will take place on Wednesday 5th October 2016, 1.15-3.15pm in Room G.108, Alan Turing Building. There is no need to register, just come along on the day!
